HR GENERALIST – NEW SET-UP / ADMIN / PAYROLL
RAYONG
The HR GENERALIST will report directly to the THAI HR MANAGER and EXPAT PLANT DIRECTOR and will be responsible for the following key functions.
Job Overview:
Join the team as a Human Resource Officer / Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing and executing various HR and administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient operations within our organization. This position is pivotal in supporting HR processes, maintaining compliance with regulations, and enhancing employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Coordination:
- Collaborate with external payroll providers to manage payroll processes efficiently.
- Ensure accuracy and address payroll-related inquiries or discrepancies.
- Administer Social Security Fund, Health Insurance, and Provident Fund programs.
- Ensure compliance, accurate record-keeping, and timely processing of claims.
- Compile and analyze HR reports on metrics, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance.
- Provide insights to HR Manager for decision-making.
- Facilitate expatriate employee experiences, including immigration and relocation processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR Expat Policy and provide ongoing support.
- Manage HR technology solutions.
- Optimize platforms to support HR operations and enhance employee experience.
- Develop, update, and maintain HR forms such as Employee Agreements, Onboarding Passes, and Probation Letters.
- Ensure all documents are legally compliant and aligned with company policies.
- Establish and upkeep HR processes and procedures, including the Employee Handbook and Travel & Expense Policy.
- Regularly review and enhance processes to optimize efficiency and compliance.
- Manage and update training materials related to Code of Conduct, GDPR, and ICT guidelines.
- Ensure training resources are current, compliant, and effectively communicated to employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in HR management or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience working as an HR generalist, preferably for an international company in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- Good human relations, a positive attitude, high responsibility, and problem-solving skills with a good service mind.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong coordination skills.
