Job Description

Our client produces various household electrical appliances (except for electric heating production).

Job Description:

  • Supporting any order issues (e.g., stuck orders) and providing resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Troubleshooting potential issues that cause order/operation problems.
  • Following up on stock shipment for released orders in Estore MX CE & 3PD.
  • Tracking orders with SCM for customized models.
  • Following up on pending Delivery (IOD) and coordinating logistics.
  • Manually clearing reserved stock if TEMP orders are created and the reserved amounts are not cleared.
  • Creating and extending sales reports and summary reports according to TSE requirements upon approval (Jira request).
  • Manually releasing orders and collaborating with the order desk and logistics team to ensure pre-order deliveries are on time.
  • Sending vouchers to customers.
  • Supporting urgent order requests from CS & VOC customers.
  • Raising tickets for Samsung reward issues.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
  • Annual contract, with consideration for contract renewal.

Qualifications:

  • Male or female, 25-35 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Diligent, patient, meticulous, and responsible for duties.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating purchase orders/order management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP).
  • Able to communicate in English well.
  • The job interview will be held at the office.
