Job Summary:

This role is ideal for a driven and self-sufficient HR professional who thrives in a challenging, independent work environment. As the sole HR representative at the new plant, the HR Supervisor will manage all HR functions while reporting directly to the Office Manager. The successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional English communication skills and the ability to manage multiple HR tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and compliance: Creating HR policies and management plans that align with the company’s strategies while ensuring full compliance with Thai labour laws and regulations.
  • Recruiting and staffing: Developing recruitment plans, maintaining various hiring channels, and ensuring the timely fulfilment of key positions to support business growth.
  • Organizing and coordinating employee development & training: Managing employee training programs aimed at enhancing technical and professional skills, while fostering a strong company culture.
  • Overseeing payroll & benefits administration: Managing attendance tracking, payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment contract management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Handling employee relations: Managing the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, grievance handling, labour contracts, and conflict resolution to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Providing HR operations support: Offering HR advisory and support to all departments to promote teamwork, productivity, and overall business performance.
  • Coordinating with global HR teams: Collaborating closely with the headquarters' HR team to implement corporate HR policies and adapt them to the Thailand operation effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or multinational environments.
  • Strong understanding of Thai labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Chinese is a significant advantage and will allow for salary negotiation beyond the stated range.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
