Job Description
Our client is a premier infertility and genetic diagnostics center in Asia, specializing in cutting-edge reproductive technologies. They provide comprehensive diagnostic assessments and early intervention using advanced techniques such as IVF, Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), and vitrification.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing strategies to attract international patients, focusing on key medical tourism markets.
- Establishing partnerships with fertility agencies, healthcare providers, travel facilitators, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Creating and overseeing targeted marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, and strategic collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Conducting market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and patient demographics, identifying new growth opportunities.
- Working closely with the marketing team, medical professionals, and patient coordinators to ensure a seamless patient journey.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as patient acquisition, revenue growth, and agency performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Work Schedule: 5-day workweek (Flexible).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development (preferably in healthcare or hospitality).
- Proficiency in Thai and English (Chinese language skills are a plus).
- Demonstrated success in international market expansion and agency management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and CRM skills.
- Knowledge of medical tourism and fertility industry trends is an advantage.
