Job Description
Our client is an established and successful IT Solutions business looking to expand its operations and grow offerings in the areas of GRC.
Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers to introduce company products and solutions.
- Offering basic technical advice and product insights to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client network.
- Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals to customers.
- Collaborating with the administration team to handle project-related documentation and contracts.
- Staying informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate solutions.
- Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within IT Solutions.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, IT Risk, or Audit Software is a plus.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- A customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanour.
