Job Description

Our client is an established and successful IT Solutions business looking to expand its operations and grow offerings in the areas of GRC.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with customers to introduce company products and solutions.
  • Offering basic technical advice and product insights to clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while expanding the client network.
  • Preparing and presenting quotations and proposals to customers.
  • Collaborating with the administration team to handle project-related documentation and contracts.
  • Staying informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively communicate solutions.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales or Account Management within IT Solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC, IT Risk, or Audit Software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • A customer-focused attitude with a professional and friendly demeanour.
