- Marketing Management
- Collaborating with supervisors to set annual marketing objectives and strategies.
- Creating a marketing plan to guide the team’s projects.
- Product Design
- Meeting with customers to discuss new projects and maintaining relationships.
- Determining design concepts based on project needs, budgets, and customer requirements.
- Preparing proposals with details, costs, and timelines to present to clients.
- Organizing design competitions and bidding to meet customer expectations.
- Supervising designers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Management
- Setting project goals and planning actions with the team.
- Managing and overseeing project execution to achieve agreed goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field such as marketing, fine arts, economics, communication arts, etc.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in Event Marketing & Exhibitions/Product Promotion or a related field.
- Proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, Internet, etc.).
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- A good personality and strong interpersonal skills.
