Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Understanding client business goals and marketing objectives.
  • Running quantitative and qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers' attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions to turn them into actionable consumer insights.
  • Identifying key challenges and opportunities for the client's product and market to establish a winning strategy.
  • Creating and planning communication, branding, and IMC strategies, then presenting them to the client for approval.
  • Presenting clear, defined briefs to the Creative, Media, Data, and Technology Solution teams.
  • Leading internal meetings to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategic plan.

Qualifications:

  • Age not over 33 years old.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Strategic Planner in a Digital/Online Agency (preferably with a focus on FMCG/F&B and targeting the new generation).
  • Experience in KOLs planning.
  • A good level of speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
