Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding client business goals and marketing objectives.
- Running quantitative and qualitative research groups; using a variety of market research data to monitor cultural and social trends and their impact on consumers' attitudes, behaviours, and perceptions to turn them into actionable consumer insights.
- Identifying key challenges and opportunities for the client's product and market to establish a winning strategy.
- Creating and planning communication, branding, and IMC strategies, then presenting them to the client for approval.
- Presenting clear, defined briefs to the Creative, Media, Data, and Technology Solution teams.
- Leading internal meetings to ensure the entire campaign aligns with the strategic plan.
Qualifications:
- Age not over 33 years old.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a Strategic Planner in a Digital/Online Agency (preferably with a focus on FMCG/F&B and targeting the new generation).
- Experience in KOLs planning.
- A good level of speaking, reading, and writing in English.
- Excellent research and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude.
