We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our PCB manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment through strategic maintenance planning and effective troubleshooting. This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical expertise in PCB production machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for PCB manufacturing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues in PCB production machinery, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Leading and training the maintenance team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and industry best practices.
  • Optimizing maintenance processes, reducing costs, and enhancing equipment reliability through data-driven strategies.
  • Maintaining records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational regulations.
  • Managing spare parts inventory, liaising with external vendors for equipment servicing, and ensuring timely procurement of necessary components.
  • Collaborating with production, quality, and engineering teams to support manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within PCB manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of PCB production machinery, automation, and electrical systems.
  • Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Good understanding of ISO, EHS, and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
