Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium pet food. Their mission is to produce high-quality, truly healthy pet food to enhance the well-being of pets worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing a sales team of Sales Representatives and Sales Support staff.
  • Overseeing sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share and competitiveness.
  • Conducting market analysis to understand trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Identifying business opportunities and expanding distribution channels.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies with brand positioning.
  • Providing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team to enhance performance.
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to GM.
  • Ensuring excellent customer relationship management and after-sales support.
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (alternate Saturdays) 8:00 – 17:00.
    • Note: The company is planning to implement a 5-day workweek (Saturday-Sunday off).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably leading a team in a competitive market.
  • Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior management.
