We are seeking an experienced and sophisticated Sales Manager (Luxury House) to lead a high-end residential sales team. The ideal candidate should possess a polished and professional appearance, exude confidence, and have strong leadership skills to manage a team of 2-3 sales executives. This role requires a proven track record in selling luxury houses or condominiums, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients and drive exceptional sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of 2-3 subordinates to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies for luxury residential properties.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Conducting property presentations, private viewings, and high-value negotiations.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and attract potential buyers.
  • Staying updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in luxury house or condominium sales.
  • Polished, professional, and well-presented, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing a small sales team.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a client-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
