Job Description

Our client provides pooling and returnable packaging solutions for supply chains, operating in 12 regions throughout the Asia Pacific.

Job Description:

  • Completing weekly and monthly sales reports (Visit plan, Sales activities, Sales pipeline, updating customer and competitor information).
  • Signing up new customers and winning new business according to individual targets.
  • Hosting quarterly meetings with customers during the first period before transferring to the CRM team.
  • Monitoring pallets on hire (POH) and Daily Hire Rate (DHR) monthly to provide information on pallet movement, deliver invoices for newly signed-up customers, and forecast customer demand for peak seasons.
  • Working closely with Customer Services to ensure transactions are processed correctly and resolving any invoice disputes within the following month.
  • Conducting weekly meetings with Customer Service and Operations teams to review services and address any customer satisfaction issues.
  • Monitoring collections and ensuring that all invoices are paid as agreed according to the company’s terms and conditions.
  • Providing training programs for the Pallet Control System to customers during the first period before transferring to the CRM team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of sales or business development experience in manufacturing or industrial businesses.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
  • Ability to travel upcountry.
  • Own transportation and a valid driving license.
