Role and Responsibilities:

Electrical System Maintenance:
Planning and supervising maintenance activities for electrical systems to ensure alignment with policies and goals. -
Instrumentation Maintenance:
Developing and overseeing the calibration, inspection, and maintenance of instruments to enhance accuracy and reliability. -
Utility System Maintenance:
Planning and managing the maintenance of utility systems related to production, including boilers, compressors, hot air systems, and RO systems, ensuring smooth operation and achievement of production targets. -
Spare Parts Management:
Planning and managing spare parts inventory to ensure readiness and availability for critical machinery.
Monitoring and controlling the use of materials and spare parts to ensure cost efficiency and effectiveness. -
Budget and Resource Management:
Controlling maintenance budgets and related expenses, ensuring alignment with company policies and optimal efficiency. -
Team Leadership and Development:
Managing and developing team members to enhance their skills and drive process improvements in maintenance efficiency.
Implementing strategies to reduce risks associated with maintenance activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in managing electrical and instrumentation maintenance in an industrial environment.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining utility systems, such as boilers, compressors, hot air systems, and RO systems (preferred).
- Proficiency in managing PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) plans.
- Strong skills in team management and systematic problem-solving.
- Knowledge of resource management and budget control.
