- Implementing a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales.
- Implementing sales strategies across the Region and monitoring effectiveness
- Devising and implementing the company’s sales strategy
- Setting revenue targets for the company and setting key performance indicators.
- Presenting sales results to the Management committee on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business , Marketing or related field
- Experience in sale team role in retail and commercial industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
- Fluent in English skills, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
