Job Description
Our client is one of the world's leading international fashion houses. It sells its products through standalone boutiques, leased departments in high-end department stores, and via the e-commerce section of its website.
Responsibilities
- Managing daily store operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a pleasant shopping environment in line with the brand image.
- Keeping customers informed about new products, services, and changes.
- Communicating feedback gathered through in-store activities to store management.
- Assisting in identifying and addressing client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Keeping records and reports on sales activities.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of sales experience in luxury products is preferred.
- Passion for luxury brands and fashion.
- Proficiency in Thai and English.
- A good command of Chinese is required.
- Experience in retail, fashion, or related industries is a plus.
