Job Description
Our client is one of Thailand's biggest manufacturers of dairy products.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for the assigned portfolio and brand to meet business targets.
- Translate overall strategies into a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan.
- Lead the team in creating impactful marketing plans with actionable initiatives.
- Ensure successful implementation of approved marketing programs to achieve the set goals.
- Manage the A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Supervise and mentor the team to meet performance targets while fostering skill development.
- Align brand and product strategies with business objectives to drive success.
- Lead the team in converting strategic direction into a clear, integrated marketing plan.
- Create and implement portfolio and brand strategies to ensure brand objectives are achieved.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for new product development projects, ensuring timely product launches.
- Gather consumer insights through market research, studies, and regular field visits to identify market opportunities and strengthen brand equity.
- Monitor and manage brand expenditures, understanding cost elements that impact brand profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of brand activities.
- Manage external partners (agencies, research firms, suppliers, etc.) to ensure brand activities align with set objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate subordinates (ABMs) to achieve team goals and targets.
- Provide clear career development paths for subordinates, offering guidance and motivation to help them improve skills and advance in their careers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in soy or plant-based milk/products or related industries.
- 5-7 years of brand management experience within FMCG.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High adaptability and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of financial management principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across departments.
- Skilled in negotiation and delivering presentations.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
