The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of QA & QC Director.

Job Description

  • Planning and developing QA (Quality Assurance) and QC (Quality Control) policies in line with international standards.
  • Overseeing and enhancing the quality management system to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve product quality and reduce waste.
  • Monitoring and controlling product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Supervising quality inspection processes from raw materials to finished products.
  • Tracking inspection results, analyzing issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Reviewing quality documentation to ensure all released products meet required specifications.
  • Leading and developing the QA & QC teams, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Designing and delivering quality training programs for employees.
  • Promoting a quality-driven culture throughout the organization.
  • Analyzing customer complaints and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Leading internal and external audits and driving compliance and improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinating with external bodies, such as certification and regulatory organizations.
  • Analyzing industry trends and implementing new technologies to enhance product quality.
  • Supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives to optimize quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Food Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA & QC, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of food industry quality standards and systems.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with audits and customer complaint management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Certified in international quality systems and export standards.
