Responsibilities:
- Implementing the QMS (Quality Management System) in the terminal business field of the representative office, continuously improving through quality management methods, and enhancing business quality (including data quality).
- Undertaking the role of Business Process Executor (BPE), supporting the implementation of relevant business changes, local process construction, optimization, and compliance.
- Supporting the CEO in carrying out network security and privacy protection business management, building internal network security and privacy capabilities based on business compliance, and building external network security and privacy trust to ensure business success.
- Managing business information security based on the information security management framework of the representative office.
- Managing knowledge, document management, and administrative office management (handling documents, meetings, and affairs).
Qualifications:
- Background in engineering or IT (new graduates are welcome).
- Knowledgeable in IT terminology and coding.
- Excellent spoken and written English or Chinese skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Having a good attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
