Job Description
- Handling customer/applicant queries via email or telephone.
- Managing cash and bank-related transactions if assigned.
- Supporting document and visa processing for customers.
- Staying up to date with new information on visa regulations and fees.
- Recording and maintaining all data.
- Ensuring the process adheres to standard operating procedures.
- Handling other tasks as assigned.
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
Qualifications
- Good command of English skills (Upper Intermediate to Advanced).
- Ability to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand.
- No experience is required.
