Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Cluster Marketing Communication Manager to develop and execute marketing and communication strategies for multiple hotel properties within our cluster. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, reputation management, public relations, digital marketing, and media relations to increase bookings and elevate the overall guest experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hospitality industry, specifically within hotel marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing communication strategies to enhance the visibility and reputation of hotels within the cluster.
  • Managing public relations efforts, ensuring positive media coverage, and handling crisis communication as needed.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
  • Coordinating digital advertising campaigns and monitoring their performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Working closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive bookings.
  • Overseeing the creation and distribution of both digital and traditional marketing materials.
  • Monitoring competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of marketing communication experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of hotel marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and analytics.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
