Our client provides a comprehensive range of treatments in various medical fields, including Vascular Surgery, Proctology, and Aesthetic Dermatology.
Job Description:
- Building the necessary team to support a 200m² new premium clinic, considering around 4-5 different nursing teams.
- Assessing, together with the Clinical Operations Manager, the appropriate medical equipment to be purchased locally or internationally to manage the different therapies, primarily laser procedures (minimally invasive), cancer treatment, and immunotherapies.
- Providing the necessary training on procedures and equipment to our nursing team.
- Assessing the doctor staffing needs and guiding them through processes.
- Being the point of contact with headquarters and other clinics from the group for anything related to clinic setting and nurse environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of outpatient clinic procedures and compliance standards.
