Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and memorable stay. This role requires handling check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and guest requests while maintaining 5-star service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming guests warmly and managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Addressing guest inquiries and providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Processing reservations, cancellations, and modifications as required.
- Resolving guest complaints promptly and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborating with other departments to fulfill guest requests and special arrangements.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel setting.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera) and basic computer skills.
