Key Responsibilities:
- Leading projects for Grab Food marketing campaigns, overseeing the entire campaign lifecycle from planning to execution and performance tracking.
- Designing campaign mechanics, developing insightful IMC plans, and executing campaigns, including setup, to meet set objectives.
- Analyzing and preparing insightful reports on business metrics weekly.
- Presenting strategies, campaigns, and ideas effectively and professionally.
- Managing projects and coordinating with various stakeholders (digital marketing, social media, partnerships, operations, creative, purchasing, legal teams, and external vendors) to ensure impactful delivery within timelines.
- Assisting the team with marketing administration tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, E-commerce, Agency, or related fields.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, including strong presentation skills.
- PMO experience (e.g., project management or coordinating project-related activities such as planning and engaging extensively with stakeholders) is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude, capable of working independently.
- A logical thinker with the ability to think creatively.
