Our client is a manufacturer of skincare products.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Planning, executing, and following up on annual trade promotional plans, involving commercial teams in all channels.
- Taking responsibility for assigned channel P&L, managing trade spend, and evaluating promotion performance, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Strategically boosting sales and market share through effective planning and execution.
- Optimizing product placement and visibility in modern trade stores to maximize sales.
- Collaborating with the Graphics team to develop trade marketing materials in line with branding guidelines issued by the Marketing Manager.
- Supporting in-store activation and sales activities by working closely with the Commercial team.
- Managing and training the Merchandise team.
- Leading the development and implementation of in-store merchandising across key accounts/channels in line with the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
- Monitoring the execution of annual trade marketing plans for key retailers by coordinating with the Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Providing actions to solve both short-term and long-term sales issues in assigned channels.
- Effectively communicating with the Commercial team.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion, aiming to maximize sales for assigned accounts and achieve sales targets.
- Proposing and implementing the annual category strategy (customer business plan), including assortment, promotion plans, and trade deals.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing within the FMCG business (beauty sector).
- Experience and background in skincare or personal care products.
- Ability to work under pressure and with speed.
- Good command of English (fair to good).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good planning and time management skills.
- Committed, focused, flexible, and an opportunity seeker.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis in MT and CVS channels will be an advantage.
