Job Description

  • Collaborating within the education sector (e.g., working with schools, universities, training centres, or ed-tech companies).
  • Researching industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas of growth.
  • Developing strategies to expand the agency's reach and increase its impact in the education sector.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and other stakeholders to generate leads and ensure ongoing partnerships.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with educational institutions or other partners (e.g., pricing, terms, and services).
  • Fostering collaborative partnerships with schools, universities, and other stakeholders to enhance the agency’s services and offerings.
  • Presenting the agency’s services and solutions to potential clients and partners, showcasing value propositions and differentiating the agency from competitors.
  • Overseeing the implementation of educational programs and services for clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
  • Organizing or participating in educational conferences, webinars, and workshops to showcase the agency’s services and thought leadership.
  • Driving revenue through partnerships, grants, and fee-based services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s Degree is optional).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years in business development, sales, or partnership management, preferably in the education, international student services, or ed-tech sectors.
  • Understanding the education system, curriculum, student services, and international education policies can be highly beneficial.
  • Previous work with international students, universities, or educational programs is a plus.
