Job Description
Our client is a Japanese company that specializes in providing innovative IT solutions, application platforms, and software services.
Responsibilities:
- Achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets by promoting IT software solutions and application platforms to potential clients.
- Identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns on time.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the company’s software products or platforms to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to clients.
- Conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase capabilities and address client needs.
- Forecasting sales performance and tracking key metrics to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Working closely with the technical, support, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Participating in team meetings to share insights, strategies, and success stories.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT software, IT solutions, or IT outsourcing business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Possession of a personal car and a valid driving license.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and a results-driven mindset.
