- Creating and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aimed at enhancing brand equity and expanding market share.
- Performing detailed market analysis to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor tactics.
- Identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, such as geographic expansion, targeting new customer segments, and diversifying products.
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborating closely with the global team to develop new products, formulas, and innovative solutions.
- Managing the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to various initiatives.
- Providing regular reports on marketing performance to senior management, focusing on key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Effectively communicating marketing strategies and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience in brand management, digital marketing, and market research.
- Strong understanding of global marketing trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in Thai and English.
