Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring advanced bookings and assigning them to drivers effectively.
- Communicating with passengers to manage expectations if no driver is available.
- Ensuring optimal service delivery for both passengers and drivers in advanced booking scenarios.
- Resolving customer issues effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Managing stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
- Delivering accurate and high-quality customer service consistently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Being customer-focused and skilled at adapting and responding effectively to various personalities and communication styles.
- Being flexible to work on a rotating shift schedule and adapting to shift rotations as required.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
