Responsibilities:

  • Professionally answering inbound calls/chats from customers who wish to purchase products from our electronic brand.
  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products, ensuring customer needs are met by offering appropriate products based on their preferences and highlighting their benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Engaging with customers in a friendly, helpful manner, building rapport, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Working collaboratively to achieve sales targets through consultative selling, without resorting to high-pressure tactics.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or above.
  • Ability to work in shift rotations.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Working Shifts & Schedule:

  • Shift rotations (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM).
  • Shifts will be announced 2 weeks or 1 month in advance.
  • 2 days off per week.
  • 1-month training and 2-month probation period.
