Business Development Manager (Export Sales) is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing business opportunities in international markets. This role requires a combination of strategic planning, relationship management, and knowledge of export regulations to meet organizational objectives.
Job Description:
- Establishing and developing business models, sales strategies, sales targets, margins, pricing, budgets, branding, and marketing plans for domestic and international business.
- Planning, developing, managing, and driving sales, domestic and international business, branding, and marketing activities aligned with company policies, goals, and timeframes.
- Exploring and analyzing potential global markets, including both distribution and project segments.
- Researching and analyzing sales channels, market coverage, customer behaviours, requirements, and competitors.
- Building long-term relationships with customers and business partners to improve satisfaction ratings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Good command of English (Must).
- Over 5 years of export sales experience (FMCG industry).
- Passionate about sales and business development.
