We are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead and oversee two dynamic business units focused on Entertainment and Activities. The successful candidate will manage both B2C (Business-to-Consumer) and B2B (Business-to-Business) operations, ensuring both areas thrive through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading and developing the overall business strategy for both B2C and B2B entertainment and activities units.
  • Managing day-to-day operations for both business segments, ensuring smooth functioning and business growth.
  • Overseeing the development and execution of new entertainment and activity offerings that appeal to both individual consumers and corporate clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners in both the B2C and B2B sectors.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Developing and managing marketing, sales, and promotional strategies to maximize engagement, brand presence, and revenue for both business units.
  • Overseeing budgeting, P&L management, financial forecasting, and ensuring cost-effective operations for both segments.
  • Fostering a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring motivation, training, and development to meet organizational goals.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices for operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to report on business performance, future initiatives, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the entertainment, leisure, or activities industry (Entertainment/Activities/Property Retail), with significant experience in managing both B2C and B2B operations.
  • Strong background in developing and executing strategies that drive both consumer engagement and business partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of managing and motivating teams across multiple functions.
  • Solid understanding of market trends, customer behaviour, and business development within the entertainment and activities space.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
