Job Description:
- Taking care of both existing clients and new customers.
- Cooperating with overseas agents and clients via email or telephone.
- Visiting existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issuing quotations as requested by customers and responding to overseas inquiries.
- Following up on shipments and coordinating with other sections internally until the job is completed.
- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries from potential customers, and coordinating with sales support and operations.
- Assisting with job assignments and supporting the commander.
- Receiving complaints and resolving issues or providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting on sales activities, monitoring profits, and checking customer activity every month.
- Performing other assignments as directed by the company and management.
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in Sales or Customer Service within a freight forwarding company.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Own car or ability to claim reimbursement for actual travel expenses.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
