About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team. This position will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and providing support to approximately 200 employees. The successful candidate will collaborate with the HRBP and Recruitment Specialist to maintain an efficient and compliant HR function.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations: Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including on-boarding, off-boarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing HR documentation, employee records, and other administrative functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance: Ensuring company practices align with labour laws and regulations, handling related audits, and ensuring HR policies are up to date.
- Policy Management: Assisting in drafting, revising, and enforcing company policies and the employee handbook.
- Employee Support: Addressing employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Collaboration: Working alongside the HRBP and Recruitment Specialist to deliver cohesive HR support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Knowledge of Thai labour laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing HR administrative functions efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in English (written and verbal) to support communication with international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with working in a mid-sized organization (100-300 employees).
