Position Summary:

The GA Manager is responsible for managing the overall General Affairs (GA) function, including administration, HR-related tasks, work permits, visitor coordination, and collaboration with European suppliers and clients. This role oversees the discipline and performance of team members and ensures smooth operations across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

General Affairs and Administration

  • Managing and overseeing all GA and administrative tasks to support the organization.
  • Handling work permits and related documentation for expatriates.
  • Coordinating with European suppliers and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Facilitating arrangements for visiting suppliers and clients, including accommodations and logistics.

Team Oversight and Discipline

  • Overseeing and maintaining discipline for 10 staff members.
  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures among staff.

Operations and Coordination

  • Ensuring efficient operations across administrative and logistical functions.
  • Maintaining flexibility to address operational variances and unexpected situations.
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders for GA-related matters.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

  • Communicating effectively in English with international stakeholders, including European suppliers and clients.
  • Building strong relationships with staff and external parties through effective interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibiting a down-to-earth approach while managing diverse teams and tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Human Resources, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proven experience in GA, administration, or HR-related roles, preferably in a multinational setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and maintain discipline.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and capable of handling variances in operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a practical, hands-on approach.

Work Environment:

This role does not have direct subordinates but requires active oversight and collaboration with various teams and outsourced personnel to ensure operational success.
