Our client is one of the world’s leading shipping companies, employing around 36,000 people worldwide.
They are currently seeking a competent Supervisor (Roll on/Roll off Services) to support their business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Building strong business relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Providing daily customer care stationed in Thailand through communication via email, phone calls, and onsite visits.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving job requirements and KPIs through professional coordination.
- Managing market database and analysis, including data entry and market research.
- Securing new business by coordinating with relevant internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, International Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in the shipping business (preferred).
- Confident in English skills.
- Self-motivated with strong planning, organizational, and result-oriented skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
