Job Description

Administrative Support:
- Organizing and maintaining fundraising materials and promotional items.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings with all outsourced vendors.
- Managing fundraising calendars and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handling correspondence and communication with donors and vendors.

Fundraising Activities:
- Assisting in the development and execution of fundraising campaigns.
- Conducting market research and donor surveys to identify trends and opportunities.
- Supporting the development of fundraising content, including direct mailings, digital marketing, emails, social media posts, static landing pages, and newsletters.
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.

Financial Management:
- Tracking and managing fundraising budgets and expenses.
- Processing invoices and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports related to fundraising activities.

Collaboration and Coordination:
- Working closely with other departments to ensure cohesive fundraising efforts.
- Supporting the fundraising team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Coordinating with external agencies and vendors for fundraising projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing tools).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creative and proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
