Job Description

Our client is one of the leading fashion retailers in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the overall construction management process for new store openings, from site selection and design coordination to contractor management and project completion.
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of new store construction projects.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including operations, design, and procurement teams, to align project objectives and ensure compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
  • Managing external vendors, contractors, and consultants throughout the construction process, including bidding, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Handling maintenance and renovation projects for existing store locations, including budgeting, scheduling, and contractor supervision.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement store improvement initiatives and ensure the ongoing operational efficiency of existing locations.
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and safety standards for all construction and maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with the ability to create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
