They’re looking for a highly qualified and experienced Deputy Finance Director to join their hospital management team. In this critical role, you will oversee the hospital's financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies, while driving efficiency and improvements in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the hospital’s accounts and financial operations in compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
  • Overseeing accounting and financial activities in alignment with hospital industry standards, ensuring compliance with relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Preparing accurate and comprehensive financial reports to support decision-making by hospital management and stakeholders.
  • Developing and proposing the annual budget and financial plans to the Accounting and Finance Committee, for approval by the Board of Directors.
  • Reviewing and authorizing financial documents related to the hospital’s financial obligations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Supervising the preparation of accounts and financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital industry regulations.
  • Continuously improving and optimizing accounting processes to enhance financial efficiency and compliance within the hospital.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, preferably within the hospital or healthcare industry.
  • CPD certification is required.
  • Strong understanding of the hospital industry’s financial regulations and requirements.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams.
  • Experience with hospital budgeting, billing, and healthcare financial systems is a plus.
