Job Description

Our client is a global end-to-end hospitality technology provider specializing in solutions for small and medium-sized accommodation businesses. They have a local team in 9+ countries, including India, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, and the USA.

Job Description:

  • Taking a proactive approach to generating local leads, nurturing hot and warm leads, and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Strategizing and implementing continuous business plans aimed at upselling to existing customers.
  • Analyzing customer escalations to recommend necessary changes and product amendments, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Planning and executing travel throughout the region, optimizing business operations based on local requirements.
  • Fostering strong customer relationships through regular meetings and identifying additional sales and business development prospects.
  • Collaborating with Group Marketing to devise targeted campaigns that support the overall sales strategy and increase awareness of company products.
  • Expanding the prospect database within specific business sectors to generate effective leads and surpass sales targets.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate report generation and submission to the Line Manager.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Preferably, experience in the Hotel Tech or Hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of hospitality practices in specified locations.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience, with a preference for a hotel sales background.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales/marketing cycles, including deal closure.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
  • Access to a personal laptop and vehicle.
