Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting training needs assessments and designing tailored training programs for the grocery sales team, aligning with business strategies and objectives.
  • Implementing and managing sales training programs, continuously evaluating and enhancing their effectiveness to improve sales performance.
  • Coordinating with external sales training vendors and trainers to ensure smooth and efficient execution of training initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing sales competencies to ensure effective planning and execution of sales activities in line with business goals and strategies.
  • Leading the direction and design of training courses for the NDP Sales team, ensuring these programs are rolled out across all regions through regional training teams.
  • Taking full responsibility for managing and optimizing the sales training budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales development.
  • Proficiency in English and strong computer skills (MS Office applications).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content, such as short TikTok-style learning modules, and conduct basic training sessions (training will be provided).
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, creativity, and initiative.
  • A passion for driving change and improving processes.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
