Job Description
Our client is a trading company specializing in medical devices for the hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
- Driving business breakthroughs in the In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) industry.
- Identifying and analyzing different customer requirements, procurement processes, and competition analysis in each business segment.
- Developing and growing business with distributors by thoroughly understanding their needs and requirements.
- Building trust relationships with Hospital KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Serving as the communication link between key customers and business partners/distribution channels.
- Resolving any issues or problems faced by customers and addressing complaints to maintain trust.
- Empowering distributors in executing pre-sales and sales activities in their area.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within the IVD medical devices industry.
- Knowledge and background in IVD medical devices (e.g., reagents, etc.).
- Good command of English.
- Owns a car and holds a valid driving license (company provides car allowance and other support).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Thailand.
