We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function with a strategic vision while ensuring seamless execution of HR operations.
The ideal candidate will be driving people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and managing day-to-day HR functions, creating a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
- Partnering with leadership to design and execute workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning strategies.
- Managing and overseeing all HR operations, including payroll, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.
- Leading performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Championing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Handling employee relations issues by providing guidance, conflict resolution, and mediation as needed.
- Conducting periodic reviews of HR policies and practices, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
- Monitoring key HR metrics and providing insights to leadership on workforce trends and challenges.
- Designing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
- Managing disciplinary and grievance processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience managing HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
