Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function with a strategic vision while ensuring seamless execution of HR operations.

The ideal candidate will be driving people strategies, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, and managing day-to-day HR functions, creating a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
  • Partnering with leadership to design and execute workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning strategies.
  • Managing and overseeing all HR operations, including payroll, employee records, benefits administration, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Leading performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and development plans.
  • Championing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handling employee relations issues by providing guidance, conflict resolution, and mediation as needed.
  • Conducting periodic reviews of HR policies and practices, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with legal requirements.
  • Monitoring key HR metrics and providing insights to leadership on workforce trends and challenges.
  • Designing and implementing training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.
  • Managing disciplinary and grievance processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role.
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR strategies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience managing HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
