Job Description

Our client is a Japanese industrial manufacturer (Pumps/Coating/Air Compressors/Fluids), currently seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate should have experience leading teams and supporting dealers/distributors.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the Sales Executive team and reporting to the Japanese boss.
• Managing dealers/distributors both domestically and internationally (South Asia).
• Forecasting and planning visits and sales team targets (for both domestic and international distributors).
• Finding new opportunities to increase sales growth.
• Supporting clients with any concerns.
• Coordinating with the Manufacturing and Engineering teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Good command of English.
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales role in a related field.
• Managing people skills and experience is a plus.
• Owns a car.
• Able to travel both domestically and overseas.
