Job Description:

  • Establishing and maintaining good relationships between employers and employees to drive the company towards becoming a Happy Workplace.
  • Listening to employees' work-related concerns and escalating issues to management and ad-hoc committees as needed.
  • Planning and managing yearly company events such as company trips and New Year parties, and collaborating with teams to create new employee-related activities.
  • Creating media and public relations content for employee relationship activities, and developing communication channels to facilitate employee interaction.
  • Fostering a positive work environment and boosting employee morale through various activities, including planning and executing CSR initiatives (including external activities).
  • Leading internal communication efforts, such as coordinating Welfare Committee and JCC meetings with management, and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Coordinating with Mazda Corporation and Mazda Sales to ensure the smooth execution of activities.
  • Handling administrative and other tasks assigned by management and reporting progress in job responsibilities to your superior.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to independently create, and drive projects, control costs, manage detailed activities, and complete tasks on schedule.
  • Positive attitude with a strong can-do attitude, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in design and computer programs such as Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
