Job Description
Our customers are leading companies in the automotive industry, focusing on the design and production of high-precision sealing systems and components for the global automotive sector. We specialize in products such as body sealing systems, precision sealing systems, fluid management systems, materials and structures, vibration control systems, and belt drive systems, providing high-quality solutions that meet the needs of customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving customer quality relations by addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for quality issues.
- Collaborating with the factory to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports to management and customers.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO/TS 16949 and other relevant quality standards.
- Filling and managing all quality-related documentation as per customer request.
- Performing customer service-related tasks as appointed by the General Manager.
- Supporting supplier quality as per purchasing organization request.
- Covering ASEAN countries for the position.
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering within the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Experience with ISO/TS 16949 and other relevant quality standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in quality management tools.
- English proficiency.
