Job Description
Our client is a company specializing in the manufacturing of equipment and vibratory feeding systems. It is a publicly listed company in Japan and has been operating in Thailand for over 35 years.
Responsibilities:
- Controlling and being responsible for the machinery in the factory, specifically focusing on the maintenance of machinery used in the production process.
- Coordinating daily maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
- Planning maintenance schedules for machinery in the factory.
- Reducing machine downtime issues.
- Inspecting the work of external contractors to ensure maximum efficiency during their assignments.
- Preparing documents for the team to support various systems and audits.
- Contracting suppliers for pricing on repair work, spare parts, and materials used in repairs.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure necessary materials are available for maintenance activities.
- Preparing machines for daily production and assisting the production line in meeting daily worker targets and achieving OEE targets.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and maintenance history.
- Ensuring that maintenance operations comply with safety regulations and standards to promote a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Male, 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- 7-14 years of experience in machinery industries, including facility and utility system maintenance.
- Knowledge of proactive maintenance (PM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and using various measuring tools.
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong analytical, counselling, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001, process improvement, project improvement, and machine maintenance in machinery industries.
