Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of medical devices in the Northern area.

The company is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Production Manager to join the team. This position will be based in Lamphun.

Job Description:

• Leading and guiding the team in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring cost-effective plant operations and production while setting quality standards for the factory and production processes.
• Overseeing production processes, planning and organizing production schedules, and managing workflow.
• Increasing production capacity, flexibility, and efficiency while minimizing costs and maintaining quality standards set by our R&D and quality teams.
• Ensuring cost-effective production and maintaining high standards for product quality.
• Meeting production output, product quality, yield, and on-time shipping targets.
• Building trusting relationships with the workgroup, recruiting, managing, and developing plant staff.
• Monitoring product standards, implementing quality control programs, and determining quality control standards.
• Monitoring operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing the department budget.
• Reporting directly to the Production Senior Manager.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in production management within the medical device industry.
• Experience with ISO 13485 is a must.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
