Our client is a brand in the FMCG, Personal Care, and Health Care, and Food industry. We are looking for a Digital Media Planner to join their dynamic and innovative marketing team to create impactful digital media strategies for their diverse range of products.

Job Overview:

As a Digital Media Planner, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital media strategies to support the brand’s marketing goals and increase visibility in the online space. You will work closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and media partners to create data-driven campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions for our products across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Create, manage, and execute integrated digital media plans for FMCG, Personal Care, and Health Care brands.
  • Develop strategies that align with overall brand objectives, ensuring media plans meet marketing KPIs such as reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Leverage audience insights and data to identify key digital touchpoints and opportunities for engagement.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Plan and execute cross-channel digital media campaigns across platforms, including social media, display, search, video, and influencer marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, content, and analytics) to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure timely delivery of digital campaigns, adhering to deadlines and budgets.

Media Buying & Optimization:

  • Negotiate, plan, and manage digital media buys across various platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Optimize digital campaigns for maximum performance, adjusting strategies based on real-time data.
  • Track and manage budgets to ensure cost-efficiency across campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.
  • Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Provide actionable insights on campaign performance, audience trends, and digital media best practices.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate with brand teams to ensure digital media campaigns align with product launches, promotions, and brand goals.
  • Work with creative teams to ensure digital assets align with the media plan and reflect the brand’s voice and identity.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners for campaign execution and reporting.

Trend Analysis & Innovation:

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, technologies, and platforms in the FMCG, Personal Care, and Health Care sectors.
  • Introduce fresh ideas and innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge in digital media planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in digital media planning and buying, preferably in FMCG, Personal Care, or Health Care industries.
  • Proven experience with digital media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok advertising, and display networks.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Creative thinking with a strong focus on results and ROI.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
