Job Description
- Supervise and support the donor services team, providing guidance and training.
- Manage telemarketing campaigns through the telephone system (Genesys): create campaigns, assign leads to tele agents, and generate reports.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, ensuring high standards of service.
- Prepare reports on donor service activities and outcomes for supervisors, providing suggestions for performance improvement and alerting the supervisor when any issues arise that require attention.
- Handle escalated donor enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to donor enquiries, aiming to improve the donor experience.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and feedback.
- Analyze donor data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor services or customer services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience managing telemarketing campaigns using a telephone system, preferably Genesys.
- Ability to handle complaints and enquiries from donors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Languages: Native Thai, professional working proficiency in English.
