Job Description
Our customer is a start-up company founded in Switzerland and recognized as the world’s leading industrial conveyor belt distributor. The company has recently expanded into Thailand.
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting Sales functions, including handling specific customer requests.
- Collaborating with the Sales Department to monitor received orders in terms of specifications and timing.
- Working with factories worldwide to generate quotations for customers.
- Coordinating with logistics partners and customs offices for the import of the company’s products.
- Ensuring and managing excellent customer care services (workflow, quotes, order processing, deliveries, claims, etc.).
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to update the ERP system with new price lists and discounts.
- Acting as the key user for the ERP system (SAP) and CRM system (Sugar CRM).
- Working location: Pathumthani
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Business administration or a similar field of study is an advantage.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with SAP would be an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in import and export is an advantage.
- Strong service-oriented capability (engaging with customers, understanding their needs, following through on service, etc.).
