Job Description

Our client is a leading wholesale travel agency. 

Responsibilities:

Corporate Sales Team Management

  • Oversee the corporate sales team in managing both existing clients and acquiring new clients to expand the customer base.

Operations Team Management

  • Manage the Operations team in handling post-sales services for corporate clients, such as ticket booking, ticket changes, or addressing any travel issues, ensuring adherence to company policies and delivering service that fosters customer satisfaction.

Business Development and Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to enhance engagement and long-term satisfaction.
  • Regularly meet with key clients to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop sales strategies aimed at meeting team objectives, with a focus on sustainable growth.
  • Implement and oversee sales strategies in alignment with revenue targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales strategies consistent with company policies and objectives.

Team Leadership and Support

  • Assign and support tasks for the sales team to achieve both team-wide and individual goals.

Daily Sales Operations Oversight

  • Supervise daily sales activities to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Actively pursue new clients while maintaining relationships with existing agents and partners.

 Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales within the Hospitality or Travel industry.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in team management with strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies.
